The following conditions apply:

Shipping terms

Delivery is made only Netherlands, Belgium, Luxemburg, Denmark, Sweden, Norway and Ireland.

Shipping costs:

We charge shipping costs at a flat rate of EUR 14.95 per order.

From an order value of EUR 200.00 we deliver free of shipping costs - except for bulky goods. These are items that cannot be shipped with conventional parcel service providers due to their length, weight or order quantity. Items with a length of more than 1.6m can't be shipped.

Delivery times

As far as in the respective offer no other period is indicated, the supply of the commodity takes place within 5 - 7 days after conclusion of a contract (with agreed upon pre-payment after the time of your payment instruction).

Please note that there is no delivery on Sundays and public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship the goods in one shipment, unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time is determined by the article with the longest delivery time that you have ordered.

In the case of self-collection, we will inform you by eMail about the provision of the goods and the collection options. In this case no shipping costs charged.

Payment via Klarna Checkout
In cooperation with Klarna, we offer the following payment options. The payment is made to Klarna in each case:

Klarna Invoice: payable within 14 days from the date of invoice. The invoice will be issued upon shipment of the goods and sent by e-mail. You can find the invoice conditions here.
Klarna installment purchase: With the financing service of Klarna you can pay your purchase flexibly in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least 6.95 EUR).
